These are by far the best Gluten free product I have tried to date. These cupcakes do not taste gluten free at all. They are fluffy and buttery all at the same time. They also don't have the gritty texture that some gluten free products do. If you were to put these side by side with a normal cupcake, you would never be able to tell the difference. I am very please and will now be on the lookout from other products form this brand.
