Franz bread is simply amazing. I "discovered" it when I was in Montana and on my way home I bought three loves. Yes it is pricey however GF bread usually is.

The bread can be eaten untoasted and it does not fall apart. The cinnamon raisin bread is flavourful and full of raisins.

The 7-grain bread is reminiscent of regular multi-grain bread.
