I fell in love with this book and bought a copy for my Mom enjoyed it as much as I did. There are recipes and tips for eating delicious things you would never have thought of. If you follow this philosophy you will have much healthier eating habits without having to deprive yourself. It is not a "diet book", it is a wellness book. I highly recommend it.
