feels nice, does nothing

I originally ordered this as a add on to hit free shipping on color pop - it was $10 USD. It smells great, but really doesn't do anything. however, the spray bottle is the nicest i have ever used - nice mist action. Does it refresh? Eh.. but it smells great!
