Great salad for lunches at the work place. Everything is included in the kit, you get cranberries, almonds , sliced apples, dressing and a fork. The dressing is raspberry poppy seed. This salad is always fresh. If I have it at home I add tomatoes, peppers, whatever I have at home. The best price for this salad is at Walmarts 3.96.
