i have been on a salad kick lately and have been trying a lot of new salads. This was my latest find and I am pleasantly surprised. I am not a huge fan of yogurt, nor do I usually like cheese in my salads. However, I really enjoyed this particular salad. I think it may have been the addition of the tortilla strips that added the extra crunch.
