Great meal kit delivery service

I enjoyed using Fresh Prep. The meals I was able to create were delicious and easy to prepare. The clean up afterwards was minimal. I was able to have the bag picked up afterwards at no extra charge. This service is great for those who want easy to prepare meals with minimal waste.

I've tired different meal plans and this was definitely one of the best. fresh food, great recipes, good quantity. a touch expensive.
Came in a great black bag, with plastic containers that can be returned so the company can use them again. Minimal waste of products.

Lots of variety and really nutritious

After having the opportunity to try out meal kits, I'm absolutely hooked. Fresh Prep are a locally based Vancouver meal kit company, and as someone who struggles to find time to cook nutritious meals and is fairly clueless in the kitchen - I love the constant variety of meal selections they offer. They're packed with nutrients and are really fool-proof to make. I would never in a million years have the confidence or know-how to make these meals on my own, but Fresh Prep make everything really simple with easy to follow instructions and most of the prep work already done. All their meals are also designed to be cooked in 30 minutes or less so they are the perfect solution for when I get home after work and want a quick, easy, nutritious meal.
