Just okay

This cleanser works well and I will finish the bottle but I dont like it enough to repurchase, mostly due to the smell. Oh man, the smell. I think it's supposed to smell like cucumber but to me it just smells like a casserole. It's not an enjoyable scent to have smeared all over your face.

This is one of my favourite face washes

The Fresh Soy Face Cleanser is hands down one of my favourite face washes I use. It always leaves my skin feeling so soft, clean, and refreshed after every use.

Smells Horrible & Expensive

I was selected to try the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser for free in exchange for my honest opinion and I now know why this is a cult favourite for so many people! This cleanser is incredibly gentle, yet effective, and leaves my skin so soft and healthy looking. I’ve been using this product after removing my makeup at bedtime and it does an incredible job of removing any remaining impurities without irritating or stripping my sensitive skin. The gel cleanser is easily and evenly spread onto the skin and a little bit goes a long way. After using this for the last few weeks I have not experienced any breakouts on my sensitive skin. The only issues with the cleanser for me are the price and the smell. I find it to be extremely pricey and it smells terrible. Other than that, it’s an incredible cleanser and I will continue to use it but am unsure if I would purchase it again based on price.

Gentle Facewash for any skin type!

I like this face cleanser because it’s super gentle for the face, and one of the main ingredients is Amino Acids. It has so many benefits for your skin. Amino acids are the building blocks of both peptides and proteins, and each has a specific role in skincare. Amino acids maintain skin's hydration, texture, resilience, and an overall supple, healthy appearance.

A must try cleanser for sensitive skin

This is my all time favorite cleanser. I use this after my oil cleanser and it's one of the only cleansers that I feel genuinely cleanses my skin well without drying or breaking it out. If you're sensitive to smells - specifically cucumber, I wouldn't recommend this because it has a very noticeable cucumber scent. I personally enjoy the scent and find it quite relaxing! It doesn't smell artificial at all, it's exactly like a freshly cut cucumber.

Gentle Face Cleanser

This is a nice light texture face cleanser. It is a jelly sort of consistency and does not foam up much but gets the job done well. It removes most of my makeup in one go. IT has a nice refreshing cucumber scent as well. It is a bit pricey however but I do enjoy it.

Good cleanser, but not sure it’s worth the money

So I’m really torn on the Fresh Soy Cleanser. I’ve been on the lookout for something gentle that will really work to remove all of my makeup (after a precleanse with an oil cleanser) and I’ve been using this one for about 6 weeks now. As someone who has really dry skin, I love that it leaves almost a film on my skin (in a good way), and makes my skin feel super hydrated after using it. But am I wowed by it? Not really. I feel my skin is clean but am pretty sure that’s owed mostly to the pre-cleanse since I’ve used the Soy Cleanser solo before and have noticed makeup left behind when using my micellar water. And at $50 a (small-ish) bottle, I can’t help but feel like there must be something better out there. I’m still on the fence, so if you’re thinking about trying it maybe go for the mini first before committing to the full-size. I have noticed there’s also a Soy Cleansing Milk so maybe I’ll give that one a try next time instead (since hydration is my main concern).

Oh so gentle

The Fresh Soy cleanser smells fresh and spreads easily onto your face for cleansing. It has an opaque milky texture that lathers well. It effectively removes majority of your makeup and oils without inducing facial dryness. I do think it's a lovely product but costs more than it should.

Effective and Gentle Cleanser

I first received this cleanser as a gift and while at first I wasn’t sure what to think of the smell (cucumbers), it grew on me to the point that I thoroughly enjoy it now. This cleanser feels very lightweight when I apply it to my face and I always feel it has removed all the grime and makeup left on my face at the end of the day, and leaves me feeling refreshed. I do find it a tiny bit drying when the weather is also dry, so I occasionally take breaks from it and use a oil based cleanser, however, I love how my skin looks after using it so try to keep it on rotation as much as possible. The only downfall is I do feel it’s a bit pricey, as are most Fresh products, particularly if you buy the travel size, however, the price hasn’t stopped me from repurchasing time and time again.

If you are looking for a mild, but effective cleanser than you will probably like this one. It is made for all skin types and is gentle on the face on the eyes. It did not dry out my skin, but it still cleaned well. I would use this again.
