Love this product from Fresh! I always put it on before any lip colour but if you're someone who doesn't like lipsticks or glosses and only wants to wear one thing the tinted lip treatments are for you. Love that it has SPF in it.
Got it free when i bought a couple things at Sephora. It feels great, moisturises great and isn't too overpowering scent wise like most lip balms.
My lips tend to peel a lot and can get dry. Balms are a must for me. I tried a sample of this product and fell in love. It has a fresh, almost lemon scent that is not too strong. It smooths on and is not waxy and doesn't slip off easily either. My lips are left super soft and soothed.
I went out and bought two of these after the sample.
This has SPF 15!! It's amazing!! It comes in a cute little tiny package and you can take it anywhere and everywhere with you. It works, protects and smells good. What more can you ask for?
This is my go to lip product right now. I am in love with Fresh cosmetics and this is no exception. It goes on smooth and quickly moistens and hydrates lips. The smell is sweet and light. It also tastes great! This product last for hours. It is a bit high on the price scale but it is so worth the extra few dollars. The packaging is sturdy and high quality. You might want to keep them in your fridge when it gets warmer out as the do soften a bit. Overall these are by far the best lip products out there!
I do like the hydration this offers and the fact that it provides a little bit of tint. Some of the colours are much nocer than others and the price is pretty high. I always have a few tubes of it around but I am not totally loyal to it.
I also received this product in 2 sample sizes as a birthday gift from Sephora a few years ago. I loved it and used it everyday for a little while but then it broke, in the tube and I couldn't put it back. So I was thankful that I got to try such a fancy splurge item, but I am not willing to buy it with my own money. There are a lot of other lip treatments on the market that I would rather use and they are less expensive.
I've recently become obsessed with trying out lip balms because of an allergic reaction that has left my lips super flaky, dry and irritated.
I have the Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Berry, it provides decent colour but I don't think it's much better than drugstore lip balms I've tried so it's hard to justify its hefty price tag. It provides decent moisture to my lips but I can't say it stops them from being chapped or flaky (nothing I've tried so far has done the job). It also has a faint chemical smell that I hate but once applied to the lips, you can't tell. The product itself is really soft, so it can be easily squished to the side of the packaging which I don't like. I think I would appreciate it more in a tube than a stick formula.
TLDR: Average product, definitely a splurge item.
I only started using the fresh sugar lip treatment in November 2013. It is amazing. It does not feel waxy like other lip treatment and it has a wonderful citus smell to it. It is free of petroleum, mineral oil, and lanolin. It protects you from UV rays too. I use it on top of my lipstick and at night. It lasts along time on the lips. No more dry lips with this one. Even my hubby uses it. I also gave this as Christmas gifts. And guess what, they love this product as much as I do. The cost I find is a bit too high at $26 at Sephora's.
OMG! I love Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment. I was blown away by how light weight the formula felt on my lips. The hydrating product is lightly scented and smells very pleasant when putting it on. I love the tinted formula. It gives me lips a health and natural pink glow. I highly recommend this product.
