I love the taste and texture of this. It does melt if it spends too much time in my bag during the summer. The texture on the limps and its softening effect is great. I am tempted to buy the full sized version once my samples finally run out. I did prefer the ROSE to the regular colour.
While it's over $20 for a full size product, I have a sample of it and I am tempted to repurchase once it runs out.
The product smells amazing, isn't sticky, glides on super smooth and leaves my lips hydrated for a long time. The tinted Rose version is a tiny bit minty tasting and adds a sheer hint of colour that nails that "my lip colour but better" look for me perfectly.
I like that the cap is a twist closure which means it isn't going to open in my purse and smear all over the place.
Overall, two thumbs up!
It smells good and works.. but in the summer I find it melts easily in your bag. Just try not to put it in sun for too long or it will get mushy. They're also more expensive compared to other products but I like them thus far.
Alright, so these lip balms are way over priced! Although they are incredibly moisturizing and smell really good, there are much cheaper alternatives that work just as well and smell just as good. Also, these melt really easily so make sure to keep them in a cooler environment.
I got these lip balms from Sephora for my bday. I love this product! My lips feel sooooo super soft, and the color is amazing and long lasting. The only downside to the most amazing lip balm ever is the cost.....
Like many of the reviewers of the Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment here, I too received a sample size of the product from Sephora on my birthday. I absolutely love how soft it makes my lips feel - almost like there's a vinyl layer over my lips (I'm not sure how else to really describe it, lol)...but it's not overbearing or too heavy. It leaves my lips feeling very moisturized. The scent is fairly light - sugary with a slight bit of lemon. I only have a couple of problems with the product: price and texture. It's really expensive when you think about how many other lip treatments there are on the market for so much cheaper. I've recently discovered a great dupe for this product - the Nivea A Kiss Of Moisture Essential Lip Care - it is exactly the same texture-wise and it feels the same on my lips. The only thing I don't like about (both) the products is that they are a bit soft and can easily melt...so, I'd be especially careful during the warmer months! I find that the Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment leaves my lips feeling just as moisturized - but the product itself is not as soft or vulnerable to melting as quickly!
I do recommend this product if you have the money to splurge on it...but if you want the same product for a fraction of the cost, I highly recommend trying out the Nivea A Kiss of Moisture Essential Lip Care!
Okay this Lip Balm is expensive. Let's get that out of the way. But man does it moisturize.
Living in Canada is hell on the lips. My lips are chapped from Sept to May give or take. I exfoliate them, oil them use moisturizers. I treat them like little delicate babies and they still chap.
Fresh may not win the war, but they are helping me win a few battles.
I do find the scent very nice, but the stick itself is a little soft, so I prefer not to use the tinted, for cleanliness reasons.
Try it as a sample at Sephora if you can before diving in at full cost. I think you will find as I did, it is worth every penny.
Definitely moist my lips and keeps them that way for quite a while. Reasonably soft texture and not too greasy. Easy to carry around and it can be used for both man and woman.
