I am not much of a drinker, but one hot day last summer my husband and I went to Joey Tomato's for dinner. I needed something cold to drink. The waitress recommended a Frozen Peach Bellini. Oh my goodness, it was fantastic. It was a cold, refreshing and tasty Slushi which had a frozen peach wedge served in a martini glass. Cost was $8.99 which was pretty pricey. I believe it was made of white rum, sangria, peach schnapps, peach nectar and champagne. Anyhow, this is now my favourite drink for the summer. Not sure how many calories was in the drink, but who cares. I was hot and thirsty. It is worth a try.
