This is a rubber brush to remove pet hair and lint from clothing, furniture and upholstery electrostatically and you can also use to groom your pet. I find it works but not as effectively as I had hoped on my short haired dogs. A friend of mine tried it on her long haired dogs and found it was very effective to pick up the long hair throughout her house.
