This is phenomenal for use with loose pigment eye shadows. If I didn't have it, and was just swatching loose pigments on skin or normal eye primer, I would've been very disappointed. But Pixie Epoxy really brings out the magic in all my loose pigments (both Fyrinnae and other brands), especially anything with glitter or shimmer. It only takes the tiniest dab with the doe-foot applicator, and it turns tacky almost immediately after rubbing it in.
