I fell in love with this fragrance at first spray! This is very fresh and the flirty scent is slightly sweet and floral. Really Girly! It is a tad pricey - duh Chanel. Adding to my Holiday Wishlist.

Only for “diehard” Chanel lovers

I received a free sample of Gabrielle Chanel Paris Essence Eau Du Parfum and I was disappointed. It is a okay perfume, but for me it does not have the special glamour of Chanel. I applied the perfume several times and it does not stay on for very long. Also disappointedly, not one person commented on the perfume, whereas normally my husband or my friends would do so. The fragrance itself is quite light and fruity and perhaps it would appeal more to a younger woman? Suffice it to say, that I did not feel like a woman who truly shines.
