Feeling better within a few days

Great product if you're looking for a great adaptogen/something for adrenal support. Adrenal health is very important. I love that the capsules are liqi-caps, vegan capsules. Noticed a difference in using them a few days after taking. Now, I keep them on hand.

At first I was skeptical because it is supposed to reduce stress and give you a more calm feeling but actually that is exactly what it did ! You just take two capsules two times a day after meals. So far it has helped me to relax and be more calm. The price could be a little lower but I would recommend this product.
