Gala apples are so versatile and scrumptious. Easily one of my favorites, as they are just as good freshly picked and baked into a sweet concoction. Just the right amount of crunch and sweetness.

Apples are packed full of vitamins. A fantastic source of vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, E, K, as well as potassium, manganese, and copper.
Gala apples are a popular choice all over the world. I usually buy my big bag Gala at Costco. These are perfect snack-sized apples. Beautiful red coloring with yellow stripes. Love the Gala boasts a sweet flavor with hints of vanilla and has a floral aroma. Good with the right amount of sweetness. On the inside, these apples are firm and crisp with a slight yellow. The crispness and flavor of the Gala was perfect.
