    Since taking the Garcinia Cambogia, I have noticed that I eat less. I just snack on a few raw vegetables, or a green smoothie, and feel full for hours. Garcinia Cambogia has been very helpful for me as an appetite suppressant. I have tried other herbal products, and have gotten discouraged, because there didn't seem to be any change in my appetite, energy, or weight loss. I like that there is no caffeine in the product, as I am a coffee drinker, so don't need it elsewhere. I would suggest starting with just 1 pill before your meals at first, to see how your body adjust to it. Seeing as I did experience headaches at first, but they went away after I increased my water intake.
