Continuous use does help maintain the strength so it doesn't go so damaged.

For this price I would say this is a decent shampoo. Don't think it has visible result in repairing my damaged hair though. The scent is very pleasant. Good product for those who are on a budget.

Great product and price! I dye me hair often so a good shampoo and condition is important. usually my hair will not up a bit with some shampoos but not with this one.

All I can say is... yes. Try this shampoo and conditioner immediately. This is definitely one of the best drugstore choices if you have dry/damaged hair. I don't know what they put in it, but it works like a dream.

Typically, I find shampoo and conditioner that is designed for dry hair leaves my hair feeling very heavy, limp and gross. This does not do that. My hair feels hydrated, much more manageable and really remedies any signs of dryness.

I was surprised that such an affordable product could deliver such amazing results. Next up I must try the styling products!
