I love this product. I did not expect to like it so much. It does not dry out my naturally 4c curly hair. It add a bit of shine to my hair without the feeling of product build up and does not clog the pores in my scalp. I find it gentle and it gives great hold.

I bought this gel because it said right on the packaging that there was no built up residue. False! I put this gel in my hair to give it a messy, tousled look. I have natural curls but they're lazy and really need to be worked with. Half an hour later, my hair was hard, which I understand it's an extra-strong hold gel, but my hair had also developed a white-ish, gray residue. I didn't love this product at all.
