I find it greasy

I found it thick and greasy. Not great for my kids to put on themselves. I find a bottle doesn't last long. It does the job it's meant to do. Just not to my liking.

Garnier suncream is the best for my children as they have sensitive skin, using garnier ensures my children don't endure any flare ups with their skin conditions, I would 100% recommend this product to any parent looking to protect their child from sun damaged skin

Great for kids

This sun protection is great for kids aswel as adults. Its waterproof and lasts hours. It's perfect for people who burn easily. It's perfect for kids who like to slash in the water.

Effective and scent free.

As a mom of 6 fair skin children, SPF is a big deal in my home. I’m very pleased with how well this product works. It’s not as light weight as some lotion I’ve tried however I love that it contains titanium dioxide! That little extra physical sunblock protection is nice. It’s pretty much scent free and didn’t irritate the skin. We’ve tried it at the pool and beach, both times held up well; Reapplying after each time out of the water. It does create a white cast on the skin but it goes away after a few minutes, plus it helps me know where I might have missed a spot. I will be picking up more bottles as I feel that this was an excellent product.

Overall great suntan lotion for the whole family.

The lotion itself was in an upright tube-like container. Great for travel-size with a sturdy snap on cap. It's a white, watery cream, when applied goes on light and definitely a non-greasy formula. It's easily absorbed if you lightly dab it onto your skin but if you accidentally squirt out too much and apply it, it doesn't lather well and takes a while to be absorbed. It feels like there is something left on the skin. I wouldn't recommend this lotion for the face as it leaves a slight white cast behind and feels quite heavy for a lotion to be used during hot and humid weather. It doesn't sting the eyes which is a bonus. I think it's definitely ideal for the body. It doesn't wash off easily if you are washing your hands.

Overall I think this sunscreen protected my family with no complaints and would definitely recommend it if you have little ones being that it's tear-free. We didn't have any redness or sunburns to speak of but I think you have to be diligent at reapplying every 2 hours. Being sun safe while being outdoors for a great length of time. Don't rely on sunscreen alone to protect you. Try to keep in the shade as much as possible, wear a hat, sunglasses, and stay well hydrated to fully be protected from the sun's harmful UVA/UB rays and from heat stroke.

Great for Adults too!

I put this lotion on myself (I'm definitely not a kid!) this sunny weekend before working at the camp, and my first impression was that the cream was quite thick.

DEspite the thickness, it rubbed in quickly and easily (some that are thick take forever to work into your skin!).

I didn't get sun burnt this weekend, despite only applying it once in the morning - this is with me working, sweating, getting dirty, etc.

It didn't have any noticeable odour, but my skin did feel sticky all day. But I guess that's the compromise for not having my burn-prone skin protected! I got watermelon burnt legs several years back, thus, my knees are SUPER sensitive to any sun or heat. I am so paranoid about burning them again.

I really like that I only have to apply it once in the day vs every hour, and it protects me through sun, heat, and sweat!
