This "toner" if you will is the worst toner I've tried so far in my very short toner using life ! lol This stuff smells like seaweed, its meant for oily prone skin whatever that means but alcohol was one of the ingredients listed quite high if I can remember correctly. Alcohol drys out your skin making it oilier than it was before. This stuff didn't live up to its claims and left me disappointed.
