A great toner

The toner by Garnier works well. It does have a strong smell but the smell does not irritate the eyes when applied which is good. I have combination skin and after I added this toner into my skincare routine I noticed a change in my skin. The toner does help minimize shine and I would recommend this for anyone with oily skin or combination skin. It also lasts long so you definitely get the most out of your money.

My all time favorite!

I use this after my Micellar water. It helps to tighten up my skin, yet it helps take away the unwanted shine too. The green tea extract helps to sooth my skin as well. Love love love it!

Toner Works Well

Garnier Skin Active Mattifying Toner is the finishing touch to a through clean. it has a light formula that gets down into skin and pores and leaves my face feeling super clean without drying it out. it leaves my face feeling fresh. When I wake up in the morning, my face isn't as oliy/shiny as it used to be. It is gentle on my skin and helps it to feel fresh. for a great gentle clean, I definitely recommend this.
