    Unsure

I am on the fence for this product. I don't love it for removing my facial makeup but it works great with a cotton pad to remove eye makeup. Its soft and effective but just not for me as a cleanser.

Removes ALMOST everything and still gentle.

I generally wear a very longlasting washable waterproof mascara and waterproof eyeliner daily (I used to work as an aquafit instructor at the pool.) This Micellar water remover works well on my full face make-up including foundation, lip liner and lipstick, and the waterproof eye makeup. I use one square saturated cotton pad for my full face, so it's pretty economical too - also a better price than some of the other 'higher end' brands that are actually made by the same parent company. To remove the eye makeup more gently without rubbing, set the pad against your closed lid and lashes and hold in place for 5-10 seconds. Then it just comes off with a stroke. If you have too much liquid on your cotton pad it can run into your eyes and sting a bit, so make sure to wipe up any excess before opening that eye. The only mascara I have had to work a bit harder to take off using this formulation is Cover Girl Great Lash Waterproof, but that stuff will stay on during a full day teaching swim lessons.

I like that it has no oil, alcohol, or fragrance in the formulation. My skin feels very soft and not coated or sticky after use, and I use it every night before bed without rinsing after.

    Value Makeup Remover

It doesn't irritate my skin, I use this alongside my Clinique eye makeup remover. It's not as harsh as makeup wipes which irritated my sensitive skin. I tend to wear a lot of makeup but I only need to use one cotton pad front and back, and all my makeup is removed.

    Great Make Up Remover

This product definitely works if you’re looking for something to effectively remove your makeup. Even the most stubborn/waterproof ones to remove. The only downside is it leaves an oily residue and gets into my eyes whenever I try to remove my eye makeup.

I have already bought another bottle

    Garnier Micellar water waterproof
works amazing at taking off my waterproof mascara without a lot of tugging and scrubbing delicate eye skin. My skin looks great and it feels amazing and cooling after a long day. This is one of the first products that I have repurchased in a long time and made sure to buy the travel size when I went on vacation.
