This is a nice light moisturizer.
Skin felt nicely moisturized without leaving any oily residue.
My skin did seem to be smoother. I have only used this product for a couple weeks and I have not noticed if this will brighten the skin or not.

I received this for free to review. I've been using it for 2 weeks and really like it. It moisturized my face without being oily. There was no greasy feeling when I put it on and dried quickly. I didn't find it brightened my skin but I didn't expect it to. It did give my skin a nice smooth hydrated look and feel.

This has a pleasant scent, and a greasy feel, left my face a little bit shiny after. It's good for winter months when the air is dry, but I would use a more lightweight moisturizer in the humid summer. Recommended for those who like a scent.

I received this product from Chick Advisor to test and review. I like how it is easy to apply onto your face, doesn't have a strong scent, and it is not greasy and doesn't feel like it is clogging up my pores. I haven't seen any brightening effects though, but maybe you have to use it longer for that to become more apparent. It's great that it has SPF 15, though I would prefer that it be stronger as well. The pump dispenser is great so that you don't put in bacteria from dipping your fingers in a jar container. Overall, I would recommend this product!

After a couple of days using Garnier's Clearly Brighter my skin looked refreshed and supple and more evenly toned! A co-worker asked me what I was using because my skin looked so soft and healthy. It goes on smoothly and is not greasy at all and did not give me any pimples. I will continue to use this product and look forward to using it in the spring and summer months where the SPF 15 will come in to play. I received this product as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I have been using this over a week now. What I liked about this product is that it did not make my t-zone oily. I have a hard time looking for a moisturizer that doesn't make my face look greasy/oily after an hour of applying it. I wouldn't say that it evened out my skin tone or made my skin brighter. Maybe it will if I continue using this for a few more weeks or month. It applies very nicely and makes my skin soft. Overall I really do like this product and will definitely recommend and will purchase once it runs out.

After using Garnier Skin Active clearly brighter for the last 2 weeks I can honestly say the moisturizer is great. I didn't really notice any brightening to my skin but I have very fair skin. Even with my combination skin it worked great. I will definitely continue using this.

I have sensitive normal combination skin and after using this daily moisturizer for almost 2 weeks, I can honestly say that I’ve noticed a difference in the smoothness of my skin and it appears a little brighter.

It is a light to mid weight moisturizer and absorbs quickly into the skin with no greasy feel or residue. It also has a light fresh scent.

The moisturizer has an antioxidant complex of vitamin C & E, pine bark essence, and gentle exfoliating lipo-hydroxyl acid (LHA) which is a step up from my regular moisturizer and never once did I experience any redness or irritations.

I would purchase this product again, although I would like to see an SPF 30 instead of SPF 15.

Great product to test. Feels great on and is absorbed quickly. Smooth creamy texture. Not greasy or oily. I have mature skin so, it is really difficult to tell if it is making my skin brighter and smoother. Is a good moisturizer though and I love that it has spf 15 in it. Dispenser is very good and you get only as much as you need.

I really liked the feel of the Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Moisturizer, when I applied it to my face it felt very light, absorbed well and made my skin feel smoother. I also like that there was no heavy scent to the formula as well. I can not say that I saw an overall brightening over the time I used it, I was able to see a slight glow under my makeup that looked like I had a fresh dewy look and I really like that it does have sunscreen in it, as I do have very fair skin that tends to burn within minutes in the sun. I am not sure if I would use this as my go to moisturizer in the winter months as I do tend to get drier but this would be a definite go to in the summer when I like a lighter feeling moisturizer.
