I was impressed with the softness and moisturizing ability of the cream, and the spf addition was a really nice insurance policy for my face. I am prone to having sensitive skin and getting little reactions here and there when trying a new product, unfortunately I did get a bit of a break out, and had to stop using it... I am planning on trying again soon as I loved the product it self and wanted to make sure that the reaction wasn't from something other then the cream etc.

in just a lil over a week i am noticing even skin tone,my fine line and wrinkles are softened.my skin looks more refined and much smoother.. this moisturizer absorbs fast and evenly ...with no greasy feeling... my skin looks brighter even the dark circles under my eyes are fading away...love this!!!!

This moisturizer felt amazing on my face. It was not heavy at all. It was light and smooth and felt kind of silly to the touch. I like that it was not heavily scented, just a hint of scent. Despite the fact it is winter the skin never felt dry so I did not feel the need to reapply during the day. I would most definitely continue using this product.

I've really enjoyed using Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Moisturizer. I like that the product did not feel greasy or oily as the product claims. It has a very pleasant texture and smell, thick without being pasty. I best thing about the Moisturizer is the fact that it contains spf, but is not high enough as other product that I use. Despite that, I have used it nearly every day since received and haven't really noticed any major differences on my skin for me to say yes my skin is truly better and brighter as I saw no difference in skin tone. It does absorb rather quickly into my skin, and doesn't leave it feeling like the moisture is just sitting on my face in that greasy kind of way.

What I did not like is that Benzyl Salicylate an ingredient (the tenth listed) known as an allergen used for several different purposes, primarily for fragrance. I did not have an allergic reaction otherwise my rating would have been lower. Also there's limonene and linalool, which can cause contact dermatitis, again, I did not experience this. But I don't see why these ingredients are included in moisturizers and sunscreens, so I'm not sure if I will purchase this product in the future even though it was pleasant to use. My quest to find a product without these harmful ingredient continues as I am not aware of any value fragrance additives have in sunscreens and other face products.

In summary, I liked the product, even though I haven't noticed that much difference in my skins overall appearance in the past couple of weeks of use. I will continue to use it until finished because it is a good, non-greasy moisturizer that is light on my skin and has sunscreen to protect it. I’ll just use it on not so sunny days.

Wow! Not that I was surprised by the quality of this product, it is Garnier after all. But I was surprised at how much I liked it! It is very light and absorbs so quickly, it almost felt like I didn't even have anything on my skin at all. I also found that I used less of it than I did other similar face lotions. It is very lightly scented, though not a citrus scent like I expected. Can't exactly put my finger on the smell, but it is pleasant none the less. I know I will definitely come to appreciate this lotion in the heat of summer, but during the harsh dry winter I do prefer something a little thicker. 10/10 would reccomend, I received this product from ChickAdvisor free to review as part of the Product Review Club.

I received this product through the ChickAdvisor Review Club. This moisturizer went on very light, which is definitely a plus, and was not greasy or heavy whatsoever. The scent was not overpowering like some other drugstore moisturizers which made this product feel a bit more high end. I really loved how it felt on my skin and seemed to absorb right away, leaving my face looking smoother after use. I didn't find it brightened my skin at all; however, that may be due to not using the product for the necessary amount of time to see those results. I find this product comparable to higher end, more expensive products I normally use and will continue to use the remainder of the bottle to see if my skin does change its brightness as they claim it should. Aside from this, I would still purchase again and recommend the product as an everyday moisturizer.

I tested this product for Chick Advisors. I was surprised at how well it moisturized for being such a light cream.
My skin was soft and smooth with no greasy, oily or heavy feel to it. I found it to be comparable to other more expensive moisturizers which I have used, but my complexion had a more even and brighter appearance. I will definitely buy this product again.

I really love this product. The scent is great and I felt a difference after just one use. My skin felt softer. I haven't had enough time to see if it faded spots but it definitely seemed to have a softening effect.

I received this from Chick Advisor for a product review. This is an average price for a good moisturizer with spf and that reduces dark spots. Overall I liked this moisturizer. There is a slight scent but is pleasing. The coverage is very good, a little goes a long way. It absorbs very quickly and is not greasy and skin remains surprisingly matte afterwards so you are able to apply foundation immediately. I like how it has spf. Skin feels refreshed after using. After using this product for two weeks, I didn't notice a big change in the appearance of my skin (see attached photos) but didn't have any breakouts. See attached photos for before and after (with earring) of my dark spots. But perhaps it needs 4-6 weeks to be effective in that regard.
