Overall this moisturizer, provided at no cost by ChickAdvisor for sampling, held it's own against competitive brands. I'm not entirely certain what a 'brightening' product is supposed to do, but with in a few days of use my skin felt firmer and contained a sunscreen, which is a must for daytime moisturizer for me. i didn't notice any difference in the surface of my skin or any fading of freckles/age spots, but i don't think anything i can buy on the shelf will actually do that. there wasn't really a scent, a plus in my books. my two criticisms were that the formula is a bit light for my normal skin that tends toward dryness in the winter, and i'd like to have a stronger SPF in the formula. as i'm looking for a new spf facial lotion for daytime this is a contender.

Using a moisturizer is one of the most important steps in my daily routine. It is very important to me to have a moisturizer that isn’t super heavy. I usually always wear makeup so I don’t want my face to feel too weighed down with more and more product.

The Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Moisturizer is definitely a lighter moisturizer, after application i don’t feel like I have anything else on my face. I have been able to use it for a couple days now and I have started noticing my skin is less flakey, it is starting to look a lot more brighter and it had left my skin feeling noticably more silkier and smoother. The moisturizer absorbs into my skin quickly and it doesn’t give my skin that oily feeling, even after wearing it for a full day!

The Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Moisturizer is a thick white cream that has a light citrus fragrance that I feel isn’t too overpowering. It has a lighter SPF than I am used to, but during the winter months I think its perfect. The cream is very easy to apply and it starts working upon contact.

I do feel that I will purchase this product again in the future, I am not sure how I will feel about the SPF in the summer months, but I will definitely give it a try.

I was needing a new moisturizer so this came at the right time! It is a light moisturizer but it does had hydration to my skin. It helped with the flaking skin and dry patches I have been experiencing all winter. It absorbs quickly into my skin and does not leave my skin feeling greecy or dry. My skin does feel smoother also. As for brightening, I am not seeing any difference to this. I have been using it for just over a week though. I am hoping with daily use, I will see some brightening effects as time goes on. It is also nice that this contains SPF, so I do not have to add this as another step to my morning routine. The less products I have to put on the better.

I noticed a difference with in a week of how much smoother my skin is and my dry areas are no longer an issue. I enjoy the fact that product doesn't feel heavy or like it has a residue on my skin. The smell is not my favourite but it is not overpowering. I will completely recommend this product to other and purchase this product again.

My y skin feel smoother using Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Brfightening . It goes on my skin smoothly and doesn't feel greasy or dry, just right. My face looks brighter and healthier.

This is a great moisturizer. Feels silky without being oily/greasy. I do find it adds a sheen to my skin but without looking oily. I've only used it during a Canadian winter, so I can't make any claims about the SPF working, but having sun-protection is always helpful. I would recommend this product to anyone who is willing to pay the price, which I find to the only downside to this fantastic moisturizer.

I like it has light scent and has very creamy-watery texture. It is light and easy to apply. After applying my dry skin feels hydrated . In a while my skin became a little bit tight but it very smooth and velvety on touch. I don't have much time to see a brightening effect but as a smoothing cream it works great!

This moisturizer is oil-free and contains antioxidant complex of vitamin C and E. I like that this product contain spf 15 but wish that it contained a higher spf. This moisturizer comes in a pump form and you can control the amount of product you need. It contains a very strong but nice citrus-like scent. It is too soon for me to tell whether or not it reduces the looks of wrinkles but I can for sure tell you that it does make my skin feel so much smoother. It also takes away some of the redness on my skin and evens it out. This moisturizer absorbs really quickly on my skin. I usually opt for non-scented moisturizer because I'm afraid of irritations but this moisturizer did non of that. I have combination skin so by the end of the day, I felt that my nose was a little oily but all the other area of my face felt nice and smooth compare to other moisturizers which leaves my whole face feeling oily. I would definitely recommend this moisturizer and would probably purchase this again in the future. I would need to give it a bit more time to see if it would show the results as claimed. Overall, I really enjoyed using this product.

I got this sample a few days ago and have been using it everyday. It's great! It's not sticky and absorbs quickly. It's even better that it has SPF 15.

It really evens out the skin tone and make my face feel younger looking. I would love to continue using this product in the future.
