Confusing directions but a great formula
GARNIER Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 with Vitamin-C contains no alcohol, no perfum and no oil. It is a no rinse formula that cleanses, brightens and removes make up all in one step. It is suitable for sensitive skin.
It removed my makeup well and also removed any dirt and oil that was on my face from sweating all day. It left my skin looking clean and brighter. It did not have a noticeable scent.
The label was a bit confusing on the package, as in one spot is says you can use it to remove eye makeup, but in another spot it has a warning to avoid the eyes. I used it to remove eye makeup with no irritation, be would suggest caution if you do decide to use it in this delicate area.
All-in-1 Cleansing Water
I had the opportunity to try GARNIER Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 with Vitamin-C. I love a quick and easy cleanser! This Micellar Cleansing Water really cleaned my skin with no need to rinse. It removed most of my makeup, but had a hard time with my mascara. It’s targeted to users with dull, sensitive skin, but I was still pleasantly surprised that it actually brightened up my complexion. All in all, it’s a great option for a micellar cleansing water.
Left my skin feeling clean and refreshed
I received this product free for testing purposes from ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club.
I don't typically use micellar cleansing water on a regular basis, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this one. I found that it did a pretty good job at leaving my skin feeling clean and refreshed after long days in the sun. It removed sunscreen without too many issues. I also liked that rinsing after isn't necessary so this was helpful to keep in my bag/car and use throughout the day.
Great Makeup Remover
This is an excellent and gentle makeup remover, no sensitivity around my eyes or greasy feeling after. No need to rinse it off at all, it is very very good as a makeup remover. As a cleanser it doesn’t give that “I just washed my face” feeling but is good as a little freshen up if you are in a rush. The vitamin C is a great ingredient and as far as I can tell made my face a little fresher. I do like this product more as a very effective and gentle makeup remover instead of overall cleanser
A New Favourite
I received this micellar water for free to try in exchange for my honest review from Garnier and ChickAdvisor #gotitfree. This is the second micellar water that I ever tried. The first was from Clarins and it really didn't work for me so I had low expectations for this Garnier one. Luckily Garnier blew me away and totally changed my mind about micellar waters. I used it on 2 cotton pads and it removed all of my foundation, blush, lipstick, eye shadow and eyeliner no problem. It struggled a bit when it came to the mascara but by just holding the pad on my eye and soaking my lashes it eventually removed all of my mascara as well. I love that it's quick and easy with no need to rinse your face afterwards. It's perfect for removing makeup on lazy nights and for camping! I have dry skin and one night I was too tired to follow up with moisturizer afterwards but this actually provided some moisture and didn't dry me out. My skin was fine the next morning. I love that it's vegan and has no oil, alcohol or fragrance. I like the antioxidant benefit from the vitamin C but in terms of brightening I haven't seen results yet, maybe I will over time. I am very impressed that this didn't sting or irritate my dry sensitive skin. Going forward I will be buying this Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water!
Lovely
This is only my second time using Micellar Cleansing Water and i love it ! It removes my makeup so well , it leaves my skin feeling so clean, soft, and moisturized!
Nice all-in-one!
It is pretty cool that this is an all-in-1! It removes makeup, cleanses, brightens with Vitamin C and requires no rinsing! I like to use the Micellar Cleansing Water when I get home to wash away the day and refresh my skin. It just feels better! It is also great for traveling because this product does so much!
Nice cleanser
I received this Garnier Skin Active Micellar Cleansing Water to review for my honest review from Butterly. I saturated a cotton pad, as per instructions, and wiped my whole face with it. It did a good job in cleaning off some makeup I still had on and it did make my skin feel fresh and brighter. However, I feel like the product took much longer than necessary to dry on my face. Also I feel as I would need to use a moisturizer after it because personally my skin did feel a bit dry after it. Its a good cleanser but I'm not sure if I would purchase it again.
No irritation
I am kind of cautious when it comes to skincare products as I have sensitive skin, especially around the eye area. Now this product caused absolutely no irritation to my skin including my eyes even when I got a bit in my eyes, this was surprising to me as most products that contain Vitamin C do tend to make my eyes sting a bit. I applied a small amount of this micellar water to a cotton round and using this effectively removed all my makeup even in the delicate areas around my eyes. Although this product does not need to be rinsed off after use, I do prefer to also use a creamy Cleanser after this just for extra assurance as I double cleanse most days.
Id use it to cleanse my face, not so much remove..
For dull and sensitive skin, on face, eyes and lips; removes makeup (just as good as a makeup removing towel/pad), cleanses and brightens with no rinsing.
*I love using this when I just want to clean my face off and not use my acne foaming cleanser. Although I must admit if you use this just as a make up remover Id suggest getting a make up remover pad or towel instead; I have 2, one make up remover pad ($$) and I got a new makeup remover towel from the dollar store ($2), both work just as good if not a bit better than just the micellar water. I say this because the micellar water does have a warning if you get this product in contact with your eyes.
I do love making bubbles with this product though!
