Effective, but I didn't notice a brightening effec
As micellar water, this works perfectly fine on regular makeup. On waterproof eye makeup, I still had to go in with an oil-based makeup remover first, but this was nice on the face. If you are truly looking for a brightening, I probably would stick to a Vit C serum as opposed to a micellar water, but it depends what you want. If you like products that multi-task like this, you will probably love this, but I like having separate products for Vit C so to each their own!
cleans without leaving the skin dry!
This was my first time using micellar water with vitamin C and i have to say that i loved it! It is super easy to use and left my skin feeling clean and bright without leaving the skin feeling dry or uncomfortable. It is definitely a staple in my daily routine!
Great Cleanser
This is a really great micellar water cleanser. It takes off eye makeup such as black eyeliner and mascara with ease, which is amazing. The Lemon scent is very refreshing!
Great addition to Garnier's Micellar Water lineup!
I have been using Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (pink - dry skin, & blue - waterproof) regularly for years to remove my makeup as a first cleanser. For the past week, I have been trying out the new Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water with Vitamin C. I have sensitive skin, especially around my eyes, and I didn't have any issues with this version of micellar water. It removed my makeup and most of my waterproof sunscreen with ease. It was a little harder to remove my waterproof mascara but that is not surprising, which is why I normally use the blue cap version for my mascara.
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water with Vitamin C contains ascorbyl glucoside (4th ingredient) which is one of my favourite vitamin C derivatives. I have previously had great success using ascorbyl glucoside Vitamin C serums for brightening. Since I use micellar water as a first cleanser, it doesn't stay on my skin long enough to have any brightening effect. I suppose it might if it was used in the morning and not rinsed off.
I received this product for free from ChickAdvisor and Garnier for review.
Cleansing
So I have been using Garnier Bio Micellar Water ever since and I was able to try these from a complimentary package. Same brand, love these but I prefer Garnier Bio because of the scent. Efficacy is probably the same since it came from the same brand. If you like a non-scent micellar water, this one is for you.
Works really well
I used this with Garnier's Eco cleansing pads and the two together worked so well at removing my makeup. I use micellar water all the time as a quick cleansing solution or to remove my makeup so it has to be effective yet really gentle on my skin and this definitely is.
Toujours pratique
Bref, j'aime bien!
Vitamin C
Anything with vitamin C it’s in right now I love that we can get an extra dose of vitamin c with this micellar cleanser water. It leaves my skin glowing
Great product
Garnier micellars are such a staple for makeup users! This product does the job well, easy to remove all the makeup and it doesn’t burn my skin. The only thing is it doesn’t really brighten skin, but that is not a cleanser’s job anyway.
I received this complimentary product for review purpose
Brightening Micellar water
The Micellar cleansing water feels nice and removes makeup. I used it with the ecopad which paired well with each other. I didn't notice any brightening effect probably because I do wash my face with cleanser after removing makeup
