not the best micellar water...

I've used many micellar water previously and from many brands, and I've used Garnier before as well, but this one... wasn't great for me. I found it extremely foamy. On my face. With my usual micellar water, my face feels clean after using it, but this one... makes me feel like I should wash my face after using it. I'm gonna pass on this. Not for me. Could be for you though!

Gently removes makeup

The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-One with Vitamin C worked to gently remove makeup and cleanse the face. It took more time and effort to remove makeup than my other micellar products. I did not notice any benefits from the added Vitamin C. Also, the dispensing cap should be evaluated as it often drippled and made a mess when applying to a cotton pad.

So so micellar cleansing water

I wear lots of make up and I need to use good make up removers to get rid of all the makeup. I use lots of micellar waters so I'm pretty knowledgeable . Unfortunately, Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water wasn't up to the tasks regarding removing traces of makeup which makes me think that I should use it after I removed the make up.In this case, it should be considered a toner , since it has vitamin C. It leaves my skin moisturized if used as a toner.

Good Micellar water

The Micellar water was OK, it did the job well but it did sting my eyes a little. I didn't mind trying this - I definitely will keep using it though.
I will use it for a longer period of time and see how it will affect my dullness. For now, it works well to remove the make up and everyday ick of being outside in the heat with a mask on!

Budget friendly product

I received the Garnier Micellar Cleansing water all-in-1 with vitamin-C from @thisisbutterly @chickadvisor @garniercan for FREE in exchange for my honest review.
The Garnier Micellar Vitamin C cleansing water that I have received came in a big bottle of 400ml with a flip top lid that is easy to open and close. The product itself is easy to use. All you need to do it is saturate a cotton pad and wipe (no rubbing) your skin. I like how you do not need to rinse after using it which is great for people in a hurry. Those who don’t wear much makeup or those who don’t wear any makeup at all can still use this product as it helps remove dirt, oil and refreshes and brightens your skin with the added vitamin C in the formula. I love that this product has no alcohol, no fragrance, or any added oils which is great for people with sensitive skin.
As for me, it did not irritate my eyes or dry out my skin. The only issue I had with this cleansing water is that it does not remove all makeup easily. I had no problem removing my eyeshadow and eyeliner however I had to use a few cotton pads to remove my mascara.
This is a budget friendly product, and I would still recommend it to my family and friends. #topratedbeauty

Hydrating and brightening mask

Once in a while, my skin needs a little TLC and I love using sheet masks. This one is super hydrating and brightening, as it contains hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. In one simple step and 15 minutes later, my skin is left feeling hydrated, refreshed and brightened.

Not bad

I didn’t mind this product. It seemed similar to the other garnier micellar waters. I will take any vitamin C so I liked that aspect. I would use this for step 1 cleaning. It didn’t fully remove my makeup.

Glow up !

Removes makeup very easily. My favorite thing about this micellar water : the Glow-Up factor. It does help with making dull skin brighter. I also love that the bottle is recyclable. My only negative : it isnt as moisturizing as other micellar water I have tried in the past. Good value for the quality/quantity.

Not ideal for my sensitive skin

I have super super sensitive skin and I have come to learn that all brightening products tend to give me a break out .. I personally was not a big fan of this product but I love their original one and always have a back up

Removes oil and makeup but leaves film on skin

I received the Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All-in1 with Vitamin-C free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for an honest review. This micellar water is effective at removing light makeup. It didn't irritate my eyes or skin. However, I felt like it left a slight soapy feeling film which I haven't had with other micellar waters.
