What a great product. It was easy, simple and so fast. I did it in the morning and at night. My face was smooth and of course really clean. I loved the fact that I didn't have to wash it off after! You put it on your cloth, wash, and through away! Couldn't be better!

I got this as a sample from Chickadvisor. I was looking forward to trying it out, as I am always looking for something for washing my face when we go camping. I try not to waste water in my trailer as much as possible, so the thought of using the SkinActive Micellar Water sounded great.

I found that I needed to use two cotton pads every time though, which is ok I guess. But I end up going through way more of the cleaner than I thought. I only wear a little powder make up on my face daily, along with eye liner and mascara. It took some scrubbing to get rid of the mascara.

I'd probably buy this again during camping season since I don't wear makeup when I'm camping.

I normally use Kirkland Face wipes to remove my eye make up. I was excited to try this because I know a lot of people like using Miceller Water to remove eye make up. This did a good job at removing eye shadow, eyeliner and wash-off mascara. Even if I used a lot more of the liquid I was able to remove some of my face make up no problem. I found it was ineffective with water-proof mascara. The mascara did not budge. I would wipe really hard and end up taking my actual lashes with it. So I will still use my wipes for waterprof mascara, but for other eye makeup with works really well!

I was able to take off my makeup with this but it took a few cotton pads to do so. I dont usually enjoy not completely cleansing my face with cleanser and water, however I did like this product because it was fast and it did make my face feel fresh.
I tested it with cotton pads and a special make up removing cloth and I really liked using it with the cloth. It didn't make my skin tight or dry and it didn't feel like there was a residue which is great. I guess I'm just stuck in my ways cleansing with water but this is something I'll consider continuing for the ease and convinence especially when I'm tired or busy. I have redness and sensitivity issues and another bonus was that it didn't leave my skin looking red. The bottle is large, it seems like it would last a long time. There is no harsh smell and it never made my eyes sting even removing my mascara.

PROS:
-I love the concept of this product. It simplifies makeup removal and would be great for travel.
-This product is very gentle. It didn't irritate my eyes or skin.

CONS
-Doesn't remove mascara as well as my regular cleanser.
-Takes longer than washing my face with my regular cleanser.
-I had to use 2 saturated cotton pads every time, or I felt like I was just smearing around whatever makeup it picked up. And I don't wear that much makeup most days! The bottle probably won't last too long.

Although this product removed my makeup to a satisfactory finish, my face didn't feel quite as clean as it could have been. After four or five days or using as directed, I decided to follow up with a quick swipe with a warm face cloth - much better!

BOTTOM LINE:
I would recommend this product for girls whose skin is generally clear or those who don't wear much makeup, because I definitely wouldn't call it a deep-cleansing product. Or for lazy girls - it was certainly easier than bending over the sink and splashing water all over! I think it has a purpose, but it won't replace my regular cleanser.

I got to try this product for free from ChickAdvisor. I've tried several cleansers over the years and this is by far my favorite. It's easy to use. Even with taking off makeup it works very well with just one cotton pad. Left my skin feeling clean and fresh. As you really don't need to use a lot, even at twice a day of use I can see the bottle lasting a while. Great value for a great product! I can definitely see myself buying this when I run out.

I received this product as part of the chick advisor review club. It was ok. I didn't love it but it was a gentle cleanser as advertised. Didn't irritate my skin but it also didn't keep my acne at bay. While using it I had several small break outs. Lighter than normal but more often. I don't feel like it really removed all of the grime compared to my regular product. If I used it with another product then I'd probably like it more.

But it was gentle and not oily, which I appreciated.

I received this from chickadvisor to review. This is a great micellar water and I would buy it when I run out of my current bottle. The size is huge and it's a good cleanser for my skin. It doesn't dry or burn my skin.

I don't usually wear much makeup but it took my makeup off pretty well. I would usually use 2 pads and that would do the trick well and removed my liner and lipsticks pretty well. I like that there is no scent and it was very gentle on my skin. I think the size/amount you get is also good and I like how the product dispenses. I found that if you don't squeeze the bottle you won't go overboard and if you just tip it above your cotton round you will get out a few small drops which will be just fine! I always rinse my face even when using micellar water but it did not leave a greasy feeling after use (pre rinse).
I was very lucky to receive this from CA for testing purposes and would purchase again.
