Really Good
This is really nice for taking off your makeup or using it as a toner. I got a sample size in a kit I purchased and it's very effective. I love how it's gentle on skin. I would buy the full size for sure and I recommend it to everyone that asks for skincare advice!
Wasn't good for my skin
This make-up remover was terrible for my skin type (combination). I think since the base of the formula is water, it is not good for eye area. I had to rub my eye and under eye areas to remove makeup using cotton pad and this liquid. That caused developing new lines and wrinkles around my eye. I think this bottle is ONLY good when you cleaned your face already and want to add extra moist to it using a cotton. I don't count on it as a "makeup remover" AT All !!!
So easy!
I was very skeptical of this product the first time I tried it, but it really works! it's actually unbelievable how well it works, and it works better than others. I recently returned a bottle of a different brand, and just went back to this with the elderflower water, as I have super sensitive skin, and it helps to soothe it. Will buy over and over!
It's good! But not great...
I've used the liquid as well as the makeup remover clothes and for combination/oily skin it just doesn't work. I use this to remove my makeup but still have to wash and moisturize my face afterwards as this takes off my makeup but also strips everything underneath! If I don't wash after I'm left with a sticky film that dries out my skin after a an hour or so. It's good for removing makeup, but just to cleanse the skin and leave it doesn't work for me personally. I do know of lots others that swear by this product who have normal skin!
Good, but there is better
I find that I use micellar water most while travelling. It reassures me that my skin is being taken care of and I'm taking the extra step to cleanse during the hot summer days. I find this particular micellar water unpleasant on my skin. For me, it leaves almost a residue and I always have to wash my face after using it. I have used other products that do not leave this layer of oil.
Good
Bought this a year ago. Firstly I wasn't sure about micellar water but when I tried my skin felt so fresh. I mean I'm still not a huge fan, maybe I haven't found the right micellar water yet. It feels my skin dry out.
Might be right thing after using micellar water but I just don't know.
Best Micellar Water
I keep trying different micellar waters and I keep going back to this Garnier Micellar Water! Never change a winning team, right? It doesn't only remove all traces of makeup but it is also suitable for every skin type. Some micellar water can make the skin feel tight and uncomfortable after removing the makeup, luckily this one is different. It makes the skin feel hydrated, not dry. I keep recommending this to my family an friends and they love it!

Great eye make up remover
I tried this as a full make up remover first. It was effective but I still felt like I had to rinse my face after. I also felt like I needed quite a bit to remove my waterproof make up and a bit more rubbing. So as a full face makeup remover...it’s okay. But as an eye makeup remover I love it! It removes my waterproof eyeliner quite effectively. I need to leave the soaked pad a bit longer if I’ve got mascara on or a bolder line that day. Ever so often I’ll need to use a qtip to get the corners, but I don’t wake up with raccoon eyes from the previous day.
Good for sensitive skin
The only product I use for removing my makeup. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, doesn't leave an oily residue and doesn't cause breakouts. A bottle lasts me a really long time and I use it daily. I just wish Garnier was cruelty free.
