I received this product from the Chick Advisor Product Review Club to try for free. I loved the formula, it was weightless once it went on, and my face was instantly refreshed, soft and I visibly looked less tired. This formula was less sticky than my normal drugstore gel moisturizer and I would recommend it to a friend - but I do believe that the price is pretty high for someone who is used to purchasing cheaper products. If you are used to purchasing high end products this might be a good budget option for you.

I received the Garnier Hydra-gel moisturizer for free to try out and it was good. I have not used a gel moisturizer so it was a different experience then regular creams. I loved the light scent and how smooth it was to apply. I did not notice any big changes in the appearance of my skin while using this. Unfortunately I found that it did not moisturize my skin(winter is worst) good enough which made my not look how I usually like it to look(smooth). The price is a little high for me. Overall, I liked the product, it is a good quality product but it did not work for me this time. I think it would be great for the summer as my skin will be more hydrated and it would work great for those hot days! I told one friend about this product. I personally don't think I would purchase this product only because it was not enough moisturizer for my (winter) dry skin. Great product(which I will recommend to friends and family), just not for me unfortunately.

From day one, I loved this product. It is easy to disperse in the skin and is absorbed instantly, leaving no greasy film. It leaves your skin fresh and really soft, till the night.
Love the texture, the smell, and the efficiency!

This is pretty expensive for a smaller bottle of moisturizer and you may be able to get higher end stuff on sale for a similar price as the higher end costs for Garnier's Hydra Gel.
That being said, this works really well. Despite being a gel, it takes a while to absorb fully otherwise it feels tacky when applying makeup over it, but it gave a great dose of moisture and once my skin got used to it, worked for both my oily t-zone and dry spots on my cheeks.
I am not sure I would pay full price, but would switch back to my $33 moisturizer that comes in a larger package. Thankfully, there are lots of discount offers for it bringing it down to a price I would pay.

I thought this moisturizer felt very lightweight, absorbed quickly and made my skin feel soft!

I have never used a gel moisturizer before so I was not sure what to expect. The gel did also have an awakening type effect on my skin. It made me feel more awake after applying it!

Great product, left my skin feeling fresh, clean and healthy. Easy to apply, non greasy and actually a great price as little is used. I found each time I used my skin looked younger and better. Perfect to get rid of little eye lines and helps with under eye fatigue

This product is in a gel form and I normally like gel forms because they don't make my face look too oily but also moisturing. However, this product not only dried out my skin like crazy; it also broke my skin out. I also had some stinging sensation to my skin as well.

I received this product as part of the Chic Advisor Product Review Club Club, and I'm really glad that I did. The moisturizer is really effective and leaves my skin feeling really soft and smooth. It really does make me look less fatigued. I also really love the smell and the pump packaging. I think the price looks a little high when you first see it in the store, but it really is worth it. I have recommended this already to friends and will buy it again.
