Hubby bought me this when he bought the shampoo to keep my hair in condition as I have started to bleach it. It compliments the shampoo perfectly with the light scent of coconuts. After shampooing my hair twice and rinsing well each time, I remove as much water as possible and apply about a fifty pence piece size of conditioner to my hair paying attention more to the ends rather than the root. I leave it on for about five minutes then rinse it off. Which is does without leaving residue. Once air dryer my hair felt soft and nourished without feeling weighted down, it as less frizzy and no flyaways either. It is a great everyday conditioner.
