So good for your hair and the environment!

I would definitely recommend this product and buy again. Love that there are no plastic bottles to deal with (and trying to squeeze the last bit of shampoo out). Love that Garnier is trying to be more environmentally friendly with this zero waste packaging. I'm usually suspicious of eco friendly products and whether or not they work well, but this definitely works very well in leaving my hair feeling silky, smooth and hydrating afterwards. The bar is just the right size, fits into the palm of your hands and not cumbersome at all to use in the shower as you try to rub some on your hair. You don't need to use much at all to get a good lather going. Only downside is that the bar has already broken into pieces after ~ 2 weeks of use. Other than that, I love this product and excited to try the other blends from this line!

I was extremely excited to receive this in the mail complimentary to review. I’m a flight attendant and big into camping and hiking in the summers so a product like this that actually smells good and works is amazing. I can easily take this on my carry on and not worry about liquids and bonus it smells so good it’ll keep my suitcase smelling fresh. I have dyed red hair so this is not the best product to make my colours last long but I’m a sucker for the clean ingredients and close to no waste packaging. There is no SLS in this product but it still suds up nicely and spreads into the hair.

No plastic waste!

I love the fact that this product will be readily available at a fair price while not contributing to the plastic waste issue we are currently experiencing

could have just done glass packaging

it’s mot that i’m against the idea of a shampoo bar but if garnier really wanted to be environmentally friendly they could have just put their pre-existing formula into glass bottles instead of plastic. also this leaves the typical bar soap feeling on ur hair which feels strange. it does the job tho it cleans the hair good but it takes a while to get enough lather

works very well for all hair types but breaks into pieces after a few uses.. and cracks after getting wet. either way great product 0 waste which is the best part

Love the simplicity

First opening the package the scent was a little strong I would have liked it to be a little more of a coconut scent. However. I really liked the way it lathered and made my hair feel quite soft. I also love the fact that it’s a bar and not in a bottle.

Smells so goood

Loved the smell. It worked just as well as traditional shampoo but it kinda small. This is very compact and a great space saver and makes great for storage. I this It will last quite some washes despite its size.

Garnier Whole Blends Coconut & Aloe Vera Hydrating Shampoo Bar is currently my new favourite. We live an unconventional lifestyle. Focusing on small footprint living. This bar not only helps us meet that goal, but it smells and works fantastic. Two hair types use this product and is of equal quality for both of us. Minimal use is required for a good lather and the soaps integrity maintains well in the shower/wet environment.

Great Shampoo Bar!

I currently use shampoo and conditioner bars so this was not a new type of product for me. I tried the coconut and aloe vera bar for normal hair.

Pros
-lathers up just like regular shampoo
-nice scent
-large bar

Cons
-I have blonde hair that when it’s really clean it shines but I found this left my hair a bit dull.
-I liked the scent but found it was over powering.

Overall, it’s a great shampoo bar. I personally would not purchase this particular one again just because it left my hair dull but would try one of the other kinds for sure!

Lathers really well! Smell is a little off

First time using a shampoo bar and is it awesome! The bar lathers really well and has a ton of suds! Very easy to use and would definitely consider purchasing in the future!
The only opportunity of improvement would be the smell of the bar. Maybe the other smells will be better but the green one (coconut & aloe) does have a cheap shampoo smell and is a little off putting. I use conditioner so the smell is covered by my conditioner, but my husband only uses shampoo and you can smell the bar after he showers.
