Nifty shampoo

It took me a bit to get used to using a bar for shampoo, unless it is lathered well it won’t go on much and your hair has to be super wet. But once you get the hang of it and used too it then it works great. I love the idea that it’s good for our environment as there is little to none packaging and no plastic bottle! Who ever thought of this idea was brilliant

I was skeptical about shampoo in bar form but I love this product. My hair feels lite and soft. I dont seem to have to wash it as often. And the smell is wonderful!!

Never used a bar before

Thought I would try a shampoo bar. It arrived and smelled great but looked a little small so I thought it would last maybe 4 or 5 shampoos not the 1 or 2 months it said on the box. I am now on shampoo 9 and still going strong!!

My hair feels fantastic

My hair feels absolutely incredible. Generally I have so many knots that it is horribly uncomfortable to brush, but when I used this I didn't feel like I need extra effort with my brush. Its smells great , the bar is easy to use. It makes a nice soft lather. My hair was silky and smooth when I rinced and knot free. I love this bar. Typically I wouldn't be too excited about a bar over liquid shampoo but this really was a great product. I do recommend it and will be excited to buy it again.

Pretty good for bar shampoo

I find most bar shampoos drying and I have complicated hair that is both greasy AND dry. This is a nice choice for bar shampoo, its not overly drying (I do need a good conditioner after) but it cleans well. The smell is strong in the packaging yet it doesn't linger. I appreciate the lack of plastic packaging waste and how little shampoo you end up using. All in all, a nice product!

Convenient and Low-Waste -- Perfect for trips!

I loved the smell and texture of this shampoo bar. Shampoo bars I've used previously have always felt really soapy and harsh-- this one is gentle and the lather feels soft and moisturizing. My daughter loves it too, and it's so easy to put in her swim bag. Left our long hair soft and manageable. Would love to try other varieties! Nice product. I was pleasantly surprised.

Too strong of a smell

The Whole Blends Shampoo Bar Oat Delicay shampoo bar has too strong of a smell! It is much too overpowering for me. Scent aside, I do like the tear-drop shape of the bar. It makes it easy to hold, but it does break if you don't let it dry out after using. It lathers alright in the shower and the package is environmentally friendly. You will need to purchase your own bar tray to hold it and I thought that was a bit of an inconvenience for me. Cleaning wise, it did the job, and washes away easily, but the scent is something I just can't stand.

Works great

I really liked this product. It made my hair smooth and was easy to use. The only thing is, it should come with a storage container as it is hard to store once used.

Loved it already got the conditioner too

I loved this product and how it made my hair feel. Clean easy to rinse texture was a joy. I checked store shelves for a conditioner to compliment it. I was not disappointed.

Challenging with Fine Hair!

I recieved this product for free from the ChickAdvisor Review Club for my honest review. First off, I found the smell of the shampoo bar a little bit off-putting. It's not bad, but it's not great either. The lather was instant and very much like a bottled shampoo. I have fine hair, so when I brushed it after using the shampoo bar, it was really tangled.....like barbed wire. I used the shampoo bar a second time with some conditioner, and this did the trick, my hair was not all tangled up. I also ended up with a small goopy mess when put the shampoo bar down in the shower. The bar is also very small and I can see taking it with a small bottle of conditioner on a short vacation instead of a bottle of shampoo. I'm also really happy it's almost got zero packaging!
