Meh. I have used these before to help aid hangovers, but otherwise I'm not a fan of the taste - not even of the G2 with reduced calories and sugar. I would never use this as a "sports drink" - there are definitely other beverages out there to better aid in hydration, without sugar (or chemical sweeteners) that also help aid in muscle endurance and recovery.
I find that these taste pretty good - although some flavours are definitely better than others. I used them when I was a gymnast to get a quick boost between activities. Only complaint is that sometimes they taste almost sticky from all the sugar
I like that you have a variety of flavours to choose from. Gives you that extra boost of energy you need to keep you going. Tastes refreshing and doesn't leave a chemical taste in your mouth.
Great for when they are needed. After a long night out, on hot summer days, and before/after workouts when I need a boost. Blue is my favorite flavor.
my husband and i love this drin. great after sports or working out or just as a drink if your sick of drinking water!
This stuff tastes so yummy. It's perfect in the summer when you're doing something active outside, especially in a climate that makes you sweat like a man. I'm always worried about getting dehydrated in that weather, so this is great for keeping all those electrolytes in me!
