Truly Effective

This antacid is very effective at curing heartburn. The minty flavour is not too bad, yet a little bit more chalky than I'd like. The only part that matters is that it works. It's a little more expensive than what I'd like to pay, but when you need it, it works.

Only thing that works for me

This is great. It has a decent taste too it and works really well. It's the only heart burn medication I take. I have acid reflux and it sure does the job

A life saver!

I can't take rx pills for my heartburn as they make me even sicker. But Gaviscon has been a life saver for years. The cherry favor is my favorite! I do recommend this product highly!

The fastest relief from acid reflux

I took Tums for my acid reflux for years before becoming fed up. Gaviscon is what I was hoping for. You really can feel it coating your esophagus on the way down, immediately soothing discomfort and settling the situation once it gets to the stomach. Generally I take two at a time and it's very rare that I have to take one or two more. I will mention it was an interesting experience the first couple times I bit into the tablets and had them turn to foam in the mouth, which you then have to swallow. Overall though, so, so worth it.

Best thing for heart burn

The stuff is amazing! Use it on a daily basis instead of an antacid pill and it does the trick. It's weird to get used to the foaming but once you do it's better than any product on the market. 10/10
