I'm very picky about cottage cheese. This is one of the better ones. Creamy and delicious! The curds are just the right size. Add peaches and you've got a healthy snack.

Super healthy and delicious!

I am a big fan of cottage cheese. I like the texture of it because it makes you feel like you are eating something with substance. Cottage cheese is different than yogurt in the way that there are curds throughout so it is not all smooth and creamy. Cottage cheese can be eaten either sweet or savory. It can be eaten with jam and fruits if you are looking for more of a dessert. If you want more of a savory dish you can add salt and pepper, or a lot of people I know eat it on top of toast with an avocado.

This container can be found for a good price at Walmart. Then you can just take the amount you want to eat for breakfast, lunch or snack. It is much cheaper than buying those prepackaged cottage cheese.

Add Some Jam & It's Delicious

Cottage cheese has a variety of uses, such as to fill the cheese layers for lasagna or as a snack/ lunch item to add calcium to your diet.

I like to eat cottage cheese for lunch, as I enjoy the chunky texture. Since I find cottage cheese to be plain alone, I would take some cottage cheese and then add a small amount of strawberry jam to it. This made it taste sweet and delicious. It is also much cheaper than the pre-packaged fruit bottom cottage cheese, which I also find a bit hard to find.

Nordica cottage cheese is a regular purchase in my home

I love nordica cottage cheese . I love to put it in my lasagna that I make a couple times a month . It's high in protein and low in fat and is a good filler for my homemade lasagna . My mom loves to eat it alone with salt and pepper . Sometimes I will crave it and do the same thing . I also like to have it with cantaloupe . It's creamy , very mild and has tiny chunks in it . You can find it at Walmart for under $4 dollars . I recommend.
