Nordica cottage cheese is a regular purchase in my home

I love nordica cottage cheese . I love to put it in my lasagna that I make a couple times a month . It's high in protein and low in fat and is a good filler for my homemade lasagna . My mom loves to eat it alone with salt and pepper . Sometimes I will crave it and do the same thing . I also like to have it with cantaloupe . It's creamy , very mild and has tiny chunks in it . You can find it at Walmart for under $4 dollars . I recommend.

High in protein and low in fat. Nice thick chunks and not runny ,which I don't like. Instead of
cream cheese and bagel I like to have Nordica Cottage Cheese 1%. Add some to a salad with pepper
makes a great lunch .
Have some on toasted Bruschetta with cubed tomatoes and you're all set.

Nordica 1% Cottage Cheese is my #1 brand, tried no name and it was discusting. This Cottage Cheese is great; it stays in perfect chunks even when you mix in salt and pepper. Its good with quite a bit of things, mix with olives and Sricha Sauce, put on burgers, by itself. Yummy. Thick, rich, chunky, flavorful. Decent amount in container but sadly still high price even on Sale. but enjoy :)
