I wasn't expecting to like the taste of cottage cheese mixed with caramel but , Wow! It truly is as smooth as the title says.

I don't eat cottage cheese regularly but I liked this one. They were sampling it a the market so I tried it and got some. The taste is great with just a light caramel flavour not over powering. Its makes a good light snack.

I loved this cottage cheese. It was like I was having a treat. I like cottage cheese to begin with but can only eat so much of it at a time. This smooth cottage cheese is addictive!!!!

Not the type of cottage cheese you think of but with the consistency of greek yogurt (that thickness). Definitely a lot better than I had thought and one cup can get you pretty full. It's not chunky and very smooth. I tried the vanilla bean and it had grains of it inside - light and flavourful.

I really liked this. It was smooth and light and did not upset my stomach. I will purchase again.

Seriously this stuff is so good. At first I was a bit skeptical because I thought it would taste cheesy however, it tastes exactly like Greek yoghourt. It is rich, creamy and smooth.

This cottage cheese was a nice surprise. I usually consider cottage cheese as savory over sweet but this is kind of like a dessert. Not to sweet with a lovely thick and creamy texture. This would be a good cheesecake alternative if you are looking to cut calories/fat. I would buy this again if I saw it in stores

When I first tried this cottage cheese product, I was surprised at the smooth taste and flavour. Usually cottage cheese has a little stigma and when you think about cottage cheese, most think about the squishy and mushy consistently. Not with this product. I definitely recommend this product. Also because it has 10g of protein :)

This cottage cheese was really creamy and smooth, which I did not expect. I love the texture of it, it was almost too creamy in some bites. The salted caramel made it feel like I was having a cheesecake desert.

Overall really nice product, good alternative to a yogurt or cheesecake.

I don't always eat cottage cheese but when I do, I always add additional flavor, whether it's pepper and celery or something sweet. I had an opportunity to try Gay Lea's Nordica Smooth Cottage Cheese in Salted Caramel at the #ElevateLoungeTO Event? First of all, I didn't feel like I was eating cottage cheese. It wasn't chunky but smooth, making it similar to eating yogurt with a mild salted caramel taste. I would probably like to taste more of the salted caramel. Maybe Gay Lea adding an extreme version or including an extra package for additional flavor. (my creativity at work) I think that this is a nice, healthy alternative to a pudding, jello or yogurt. I received a coupon for a free four pack in my goodie bag from the event. The only problem is, I'm having difficulty finding this new product on store shelves. I'm hopeful I will find this cottage cheese soon and enjoy another cup, as well as introducing it to my family.
