A great dessert or snack!

The Gay Lea Nordica Smooth Cottage Cheese in Vanilla Bean does not taste like cottage cheese at all! It has a smooth consistency like pudding or yogurt. These make for a great snack with cookies, fruit, crackers etc. I like to pack these on my lunch at work and use them as a dessert. My son is a fan of these as well and it is a good way for me to get him to eat cottage cheese. Cottage cheese is great for you and a good source of protein but many are not a fan of the texture or bitter cheese taste ( I am) but also love this as a snack once in a while.

Love vanilla bean, like cottage cheese...the 2 together are not that bad. Has a taste that takes a few spoonfuls to get used to but definetly something worth trying.

I have tried cottage cheese many times, I know the health benefits are great, but I just couldn't get over the texture of it. The Nordica Smooth Cottage Cheese is the answer for me! I absolutely love it and it's really like eating pudding making this a win/win product for me!

I often add cottage cheese to my yogurt or salad for a bit of extra protein but was never a fan of eating it on its own until I tried nordica smooth. It has great flavour and texture. I eat it for a quick breakfast, for a snack or a healthy dessert.

The salted caramel flavour is the one we normally purchase, so we decided to give the vanilla a go this time. Whilst if was not as great as the caramel, it certainly was not bad either, this was a little tamer on the vanilla side and the cottage cheese flavor was a little more evident, which is not a bad thing if this was the first flavor we tried I'm sure we would have liked it a lot but because we always purchase the caramel version this one will take a little getting used to, will definitely buy it again just not as often as the caramel, next try will be the lemon flavour.

I first tried it at the national woman's show. It was so delicious. It's hard to find, but when I do I buy at least A couple packs. The vanilla bean is delicious!!

Wasn't crazy about the Vanilla flavour in this Smooth Cottage Cheese. I would have like to try the other flavours which I am sure I would have enjoyed more but Vanilla Bean was the only pack left on the shelf. I did like the creamy texture and that it is high in protein. Will purchase again if I can find another flavour. It was a nice treat for my toddler grandson. Comes in perfect sized portion cups, great for on the run.

The first time I heard and got to try this product was when I had the opportunity to attend the 2015 #ElevateLoungeTO. I've heard great things about cottage cheese but, had always shied away from it cause I was not sure what to expect and wasn't willing to pay to find out. Thanks to this event not only did I got to try it, there was a FREE coupon for a pack of 4 x 100g from our gift bag that we received on our way out. Which I also just redeemed. Yay!!!

Flavour: A very settle hint of Vanilla.

Texture: Although, you can still see a little bit of clumpiness, it is definitely smoother than their other cottage cheese products.

This product reminds me a lot like having a Greek yogurt. This is my new go to breakfast item. To add a little more touch to this I will add granola bits. It's a little pricey for only a pack of 4 x 100g. It works out to be $1.25/per. Therefore, I will only purchase this when it is on sale. They also offer salted caramel flavour which I prefer more.

I cannot express how shocked I am that I LOVE this product!!!!! I got a sample of Gay Lea Nortica Smooth Cottage Cheese, Vanilla Bean flavour, at #ElevateLoungeTO. I had tried a few kinds of cottage cheese over the years, and it didn't matter what flavour, I couldn't stand it!! When the girl serving the samples said it was smoother and almost like yogurt, I thought it was worth a try.. I am SO GLAD I tried it!!!

Unlike other cottage cheeses, like the name states, this is a very smooth, creamy texture. Similar to yogurt, but a bit thicker. The rich vanilla flavour was natural tasting, not like some fake tasting vanillas found in some similar products. I was surprised that this product also kept my hunger at bay for several hours! Additionally, as I am unable to tolerate much protein, I was surprised at how my body accepted it! It was absolutely fantastic!! I will definitely be purchasing tons of this product!!! It would be great as a snack, or even as a nice treat as it also satisfys a sweet tooth. I am also excited to try using it in recipes! Very versatile product! Definitely will be purchasing!!

Great product for great price. I would never be able to tell that it's cottage cheese! Great dessert with classic taste, perfect for on a go. Low in calories and high in protein. Recommend. Salted caramel is my favorite so far!
