The company made it worse

I purchased an LED lamp and 2 colors. Paid full price. The lamp arrived with the incorrect cord. Contacted the company. No response. Contacted PayPal and they opened up a claim. Finally Gel Moment messaged me. They were aware of the situation and would send replacement cord. So if you're aware why not say something? Waited 3 weeks. Nothing. Contacted PayPal for a refund. Gel moment messaged me and told me I had to return all products at my expense to receive refund. They refused to communicate through PayPal to track their terrible customer service. The Polish is ok. Yes goes on nice and cures quick. Chips easily and I personally like two coats and they recommend only 1. It's streaky. Not impressed
