New flake off formula

I have been a customer for 3 years with no problems. Recently I received my flake off order. The formula has been changed. The new formula is ineffective. I had to use several times with polish left on . In addition it took off a layer of my nail. I am ver disappointed. I contacted corporate and received no help. They just acknowledged my e-mail.

Customer Service - 1 star! Only because they replied back!

I went to a party earlier this year and purchased the Deluxe Kit ($180) plus the French Manicure kit ($71). Since then, I have purchased four bottles of colour ($100 buy 4 get 1 free deal) and a bottle of the "Flake Off" ($15) online, and then just recently purchased another box of remover pads and two more bottles of colour ($75). One of the colours I ordered recently, Sublime, is not the colour I thought it would be and looks awful on my hands. I emailed the company to ask for a refund OR replacement (I'm happy to sent the bottle back to them - even at my own cost) and they replied back to me that no they don't offer either.

BUYER BEWARE - if you follow the directions for application most colours are beautiful and will last up to two weeks. Colours that have been problematic for me thus far is the french manicure and any of the darker colours. The Flake Off does not work unless you pile it on thick and more than once - I found this to be a waste of my money and will never order it again.

ALSO, do NOT purchase any colours online if you are not certain you like the colour(s) you have purchased, you've thrown away $25 per bottle you don't like - the company will do NOTHING. I'm going to see about contacting the closest distributer to me and see if they can't do something for me.

BOTTOM LINE: I like most of the product, I like that I can do this for myself at home, I DO NOT like how the company deals with unhappy customers...so much so that I may never purchase another item from them ever again. There are so many other gel nail polish companies out there (just search it on amazon). I will also post this review on as many review sites as possible so that other women are aware of this company's LACK of customer service.

I like how quickly it dries under the LED lamp and the fact that it has less bad stuff in it..

However I've never gotten more than a week out of it. I'm also finding that when it chips off, it makes the tips of my nails thinner. I'm going to be removing it today and going back to using straight nail hardener.

I would keep this product for use on special occasions but not everyday wear. I have several bottles that came in the kit when I signed up which was basically to try out the product and the price was good but I don't think I'd buy more of it.

I have mixed feeling about this product. I do not agree that it lasts the 2 weeks as advertised but the time it is on I do really like the look. the price is a bit much I feel but overall I would purchase it
