Why so expensive?
Oh my Gosh! I love this Cereal so much but I can't stand how much it is charged for in the stores. Almost 5 or 6 dollars a box. They taste great and are so delicious; plus I don't know one Chocolate Cereal besides this one that can make chocolate milk taste like real creamy chocolate milk.
Won't be buying again
So it is Christmas and so I thought I would let the grand kids have a sugary cereal for a treat. The cereal they always ask for and I always pass because of the sugar content. Well the puffs quickly turn to mush and then they just don't want to eat it of course. I will be picking a different cereal the next time we want a treat.
Chocolatey Goodness!
I am addicted to this cereal! I tend to eat it for dessert more than breakfast because of the sweetness factor but I'm sure kids would have no problem with chocolate for breakfast! Not the most healthy cereal but a nice treat for when you have a chocolate craving.
Delicious Chocolate Flavor
Who doesn't love chocolate for breakfast every now and again?
This cereal comes in round balls and it is crunchy and delicious. The chocolate flavour is prominent and comes through in every bite. It has a milk chocolate flavour with a hint of dark chocolate twist. When you put these in milk they get a bit softer but not soggy. They help turn your regular milk into a chocolate milk. These have a mild sweetness to them but not too sweet. Occasionally I find these on sale at Walmart for under $4.
Chocolatey Corn Pops
To me, these are the chocolate version of Corn Pops. The puffs pair well with milk without getting overly soggy. This cereal gets soggy less quickly than many other cereals. When put with milk, the cocoa comes off the puffs and mixes into the milk, leaving behind a mild cocoa sweet milk to drink after eating the cereal. I also enjoy eating these dry. These are crispy and crunchy, with each puff packing a cocoa burst. These are not the healthiest cereal but they are great as a treat.
These can be found at many grocery stores at the average price of other cereals.
