General Mills Oatmeal Crisp Almond Cereal is my husband favourite cereal. Last year, he had cholesterol and he took this cereal for 6 months and he is now free cholesterol. very healty Cereal and delecious.

I love this cereal it tastes so good I've tried other cereals with almonds in it but are sweetened with honey and I can't have honey as it upsets my stomach so having something I can eat that is sweetened with brown sugar is amazing and extremely addicting
