I was surprised at how much I actually loved this cereal when I snagged it out of my parents' cupboard. It's a little pricey for me now that I live on my own, but you pay for what you get, so when it's on sale I always grab a box. It's super tasty and I've found it really filling, so I don't need to eat nearly as much of it to feel like I've had a big breakfast in the morning which is really helpful in my diet. The only problem I've really had with it is that I've found that it goes stale very fast -- which I suppose is a good thing since it leads me to believe the ingredients are much fresher than most cereals, but for someone who doesn't have cereal for breakfast every single day, it leads to a lot of bowls that feel just a bit too chewy. Perfect for families who eat cereal every morning though!
Love Oatmeal Crisp!
I find the price a little high in stores but you're paying for the quality of the food!
I would recommend this cereal to anyone.
Once I tried this cereal I was Hooked and i was never much for any cereal ..Taste great and whole grains.Could it be? I Have tried every kind they have and loved them all :)
I was looking for something a little different in a cereal and have seen the Oatmeal Crisp brands on the market for some time now, but hadn’t tried them. I picked up the Oatmeal Crisp Triple Berry simply because I like the thought of the fruit already being in the cereal. It said it was made with real fruit although it’s been dehydrated it still tasted alright. From what I see it contains strawberry slices, blueberries and raspberries. The oat and wheat flakes aren’t too big, but aren’t too small either and stay fairly firm in the milk. Some cereals I’ve tried the flakes get soggy pretty fast and I don’t care for soggy cereal at all. Over all I would buy the Oatmeal Crisp Triple Berry Cereal again and if your looking for something a little different from your old plain oatmeal then I’d tell you to give this a try.
