This is my current brand of hair relaxer and I have to say that sp far it's my favourite. As long as you don't scratch beforehand you won't feel any burning at all. It's gentle on the hair and on the scalp. My hair comes out straight with a tiny bit of texture which is how I like it, instead of bone straight. My hair feels soft and smooth and strong. Great product!
