This protein bar is moist when you bite into it, unlike certain other protein bars currently on the market. I love the fact that it is manufactured here in Canada. There is a good amount of chopped almond pieces in every mouthful. It contains 14 grams of protein and 8 grams of fibre. It is a bit on the expensive side ($3.49) but it is certainly a good quality vegan protein bar. In addition, if you don't love it, you get your money back.

Recently I had the opportunity to try Genuine Health NEW Vegan proteins + Dark Chocolate + Lemon Coconut Bars. These provide 14g of a blend hemp, rice, pea protein. Added organic mung bean and spirulina. NON-GMO>GLUTEN-FREE>SOY-FREE. My fave is the Dark Chocolate Almond even though they both tastes great. This is a great snack to protein fuel your body to satisfy your hunger.
