Hard to disolve but a good collagen

The size of this packaging is deceiving, if you did not pay attention to the amount of grahams,  you would think this was the typical 25 serving size. However it is less than half full and it only provides about 14 servings. It is a bonus that it comes with a scoop. I do find in anything other than a smoothie, this collagen is near impossible to dissolve. I tried hot/cold water, juice etc and even with good mixing there are always clumps. However what would make me purchase this product again, is that I do think it is a good quality collagen.
