plenty of left overs

I tried the rice & lentil blend. There are a few others as well. I found it to be quick and simple to prepare. I added some frozen peas. The package made 4 servings which surprised me in a good way. The product is non-gmo, organic, low fat, sodium free and a source of fibre. It was quite tasty. It's a Catelli product.
